Eligibility

The Uncle Julio’s Amigo Especial Loyalty Program (the “Loyalty Program”) offered by Uncle Julio’s (“Uncle Julio’s”) Mexican from Scratch restaurants (the “Restaurants”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and who have a valid email address and account. The Loyalty Program is intended for individual use only. You are only allowed one membership and the membership can only be used by you. Employees and family members of Uncle Julio’s are ineligible for membership in the Loyal Program.

Becoming a Member

You can become a member of the Loyalty Program by registering at any Uncle Julio’s restaurant; you will then be issued a Loyalty Card. You may also become a member by registering at unclejulios.com (the “Website”); you will then be issued an account number to provide during visits to accrue points. You will not be issued a physical card if you sign up on the website. You can only use the Loyalty Card at our Restaurants for individual, group or to-go dining. The Loyalty Card cannot be used for catering, the purchase of gift cards or online purchases. The Loyalty Program is available at all participating Restaurants. To access your account either download the Uncle Julio’s app or login at unclejulios.com/loyalty. Please go to http://www.unclejulios.com/loyalty for additional terms of the Loyalty Program.

Rewards

As a member you earn reward (“Rewards”) points for each dollar you spend at a Restaurant. The current Reward Levels are as follows:

  • Bronce (Bronze) When you sign-up receive a complimentary Tableside Guacamole on your next visit.
  • Plata (Silver) The first time you accumulate 250 points you receive a $25 credit for your next visit and an additional $25 credit as your birthday gift.
  • Oro (Gold) The first time you accumulate 500 points you earn priority seating for every visit, up to four total guests. Plus, you will get credits for a complimentary dessert and an appetizer fiesta** for up to 15 friends. Eligible for DOUBLE point day events.

  • Platino (Platinum) Once you accumulate 2500 points you will receive a $250 credit and will qualify for a tableside guacamole with every visit, as long as you maintain the Platino Level.

The Rewards are not redeemable for cash, alcohol or transferable. Upon termination of the Loyalty Program or a specific promotion, the Rewards will expire. Rewards earned but not used by any applicable expiration date established for a particular Reward or other benefit will expire.

All income, sales, use and other taxes (and the reporting thereof) imposed as a result of obtaining or using Rewards and any other fees or costs associated with Rewards are solely your responsibility. It is your responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a Reward. You may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service tax information reporting forms before or upon receipt of a Reward.

Abide by Terms and Conditions

You agree by registering in the Loyalty Program, that: (i) you will abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and (ii) Uncle Julio’s has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the Loyalty Program or the Rewards except as expressly stated in writing and specifically disclaims all such warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to Uncle Julio’s Loyalty Program

Membership in the Loyalty Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Uncle Julio’s. Uncle Julio’s has the right at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without giving you prior notice, to:

  • (i) change, limit, modify, or update the requirements for earning any Reward or other benefit we offer, including the time and/or date to redeem any Reward or promotion.
  • (ii) change, limit, modify or update any rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions for the Loyalty Program including these Terms and Conditions; and
  • (iii) terminate the Loyalty Program and/or any specific Reward or promotion.

Any revised Terms and Conditions will replace all prior versions.

Privacy

Uncle Julio’s will use the information you provide us in the manner described in our Privacy Policy, which you may read by clicking on the Privacy Policy button where it appears on the Website. We can revise the Privacy Policy at any time. If we revise our Privacy Policy, then these Terms and Conditions will automatically refer to the revised Privacy Policy.

Choosing to Identify Yourself:

Any information you provide about you, such as name, address, email address, phone number and birth date, may be used to communicate with you via postal mail or email. You will need your password and Loyalty Program number to access your account. If someone learns your password and accesses your loyalty account, with or without your permission, you are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from the actions of that use of your password, and Uncle Julio’s shall have no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of your password.

Canceling My Membership

You may cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time. To cancel your membership, you may opt out of the Loyalty Program email communication on the unsubscribe link on the Website. Opting out of receiving emails from Uncle Julio’s will automatically remove you as a member of the Loyalty Program. As soon as you cancel your membership, all Rewards earned but not used will be cancelled.

Disclaimer

Uncle Julio’s expressly disclaims any liability from the use of registration information by it or third parties. Uncle Julio’s is not responsible for (i) interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, web sites, cellular towers or equipment, computer systems or equipment, or other connections, availability or accessibility problems; (ii) failed, jumbled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; (iii) any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any Reward; (iv) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information; (v) viruses or bugs; or (vi) problems, malfunctions of any computer system, equipment or software, the failure of e-mail on account of technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet, the Website or at any website or combination thereof, including, injury or damage to a member’s or to any other person’s computer system or cellular phone related to or resulting from accessing the Website, downloading any materials, or participating in the Loyalty Program or accepting a Reward.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE LOYALTY PROGRAM SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

  • How do I earn Loyalty Points?

Loyalty members earn 1 point for every dollar spent, excluding tax, tip, packaging and gift card purchases. When the check is presented, let your server or bartender know you are loyalty member so they can add your points for that visit.

There are three ways members can earn points to their loyalty account:

  1. Present your physical loyalty card (you won’t receive one if you signed up online)
  2. Provide the phone number associated with your account when you signed up
  3. Show the server your account information from our loyalty app

 

  • How do I know if I have any rewards?

Loyalty member can check to see if they have rewards one of three ways:

  1. Inquire with their server/bartender at any of our restaurants
  2. Log-in to their loyalty account online
  3. Download our Uncle Julio’s app and log-in to your loyalty account

Occasionally we may email you to inform of rewards that may be expiring soon.

  • How do I use a reward?

Let your server or bartender know you have a reward that you’d like to redeem. If you’d like to redeem the appetizer fiesta, see below (“How do I book the appetizer fiesta reward?”)

  • How do I know I received points from a visit?

The server or bartender will provide you with a print out of your current balance. You can also log-in to your loyalty account on the Uncle Julio’s application or to their loyalty account online.

  • How do I know when a reward expires?

Loyalty member can check to see if they have rewards expiring one of three ways:

  1. Inquire with their server/bartender at any of our restaurants
  2. Log-in to their loyalty account online
  3. Download our Uncle Julio’s application and log-in to your loyalty account

Occasionally we may email you to inform of rewards that may be expiring soon.

  • How do I get my Gold Card?

Once you reach the Gold (Oro) level your card can be exchanged at any of our restaurants for a Gold Card. If you’ve accumulated over 500 points and still haven’t received a Gold Card, please inform the manager at any of our locations. The manager can upgrade your card to Gold.

  • Can I be reimbursed for points from a previous visit?

Absolutely! We will reimburse you for points from a previous visit so long as:

  1. You were already a loyalty member before your visit
  2. The visit was within one month
  3. You provide a copy of the itemized receipt
  4. Nobody else has already received points from the same visit

  • I signed up for your loyalty program online, but I never received a physical card?

When you sign-up for our loyalty program online, you don’t receive a physical card. This is one of the perks of our loyalty program, you don’t need a physical card to receive points. Just provide the phone number you used when you signed up for your account to your server or bartender upon processing payment to receive points for your visit.

If you would like a physical card, let one our managers know in any of locations and they can provide you with a physical loyalty card.

  • What do I do if I lost my card?

You don’t need a physical card to receive points. Just provide the phone number you used when you signed up for your account to your server or bartender upon processing payment to receive points for your visit.

If you would like a new physical card, please inform the manager at any of our locations. The manager can provide you with a new card.

  • Who should I contact if I can’t log into my account?

Email as much of the following information as possible to info@unclejulio.us:

  1. First and Last name on account
  2. Phone number associated with the account
  3. Email associated with the account
  4. Loyalty #
  • Are there restrictions for reward credits?

Reward credits are good toward any food at Uncle Julio’s. Reward credits excludes alcohol, tip and gift card purchases.

 

  • Do I have to use my entire reward credit at once?

No. Reward credits do not need to be used in one visit and can be used on multiple visits until the reward credit is depleted.

  • How do I book the appetizer fiesta reward?

Congratulations! All appetizer fiesta rewards are booked through our Group Dining team and not directly through the restaurant. Booking this party is based on restaurant availability and requires at least a 72-hour notice.

To book your appetizer reward, please fill out an inquiry on our Group Dining website or call 888-629-8270 and leave a message with the requested date, time, location and number of guests. One of our Group Dining Assistants will get back to you within 24-hours with availability and what’s included.

  • What’s included in the appetizer fiesta reward?

Refer to the “Appetizer Buffet” here. This is the $10/person buffet only. The Group Dining Assistants will be able to assist you with any further questions after

  • Why haven’t I received my birthday credit?

In order to qualify for the birthday credit, you must have reached the Silver (Plata) Level before your birthday. If you have reached the Silver (Plata) Level and you still haven’t received your birthday credit, log-in to your  account online to confirm your birthday is entered correctly.

If you still believe you are missing your birthday credit or your birthday is incorrect, email info@unclejulio.us including your loyalty information for us to check your account.

  • What is priority seating and how do I use it?

Priority Seating is a perk we offer to our “Gold (Oro) Level” members with parties of 4 or less. To receive priority seating anytime during business hours, show the host either your physical Gold Loyalty card or pull up your account on your mobile phone using the Uncle Julio’s app.

The host will add your name to the top of the wait list and we will seat you within 15-30 minutes, depending on how long the wait is, the day of the week and how many prior reservations we already have.

 

  • Can I receive points from a visit before I was a loyalty member?

Unfortunately, you must be a loyalty member at the time of visit to receive loyalty points.

  • Can I earn points on spilt checks?

There can be only one loyalty redemption per check.

 

  • Can I earn points on a group dining event?

Absolutely! Present your card at the time of payment to receive points for the visit.

 

  • Can I earn points on a to-go order?

Absolutely! Present your card at the time of payment to receive points for the visit.

 

  • Can I earn points on an order from a delivery service?

At this time, loyalty members cannot receive loyalty points for orders placed through a third party delivery service.
