Todd Conger spends most of his time as President and CEO of Uncle Julio's Corporation. He also develops recipes for the restaurant that are an integral part of Uncle Julio's menu offerings and daily specials, such as the recently debuted Grilled Fish Tacos.
Todd's notable culinary creations offered as daily specials at Uncle Julio's include the Alambre del Mar, Pollo Blanco, Pollo con Mole Rojo and Honey Chipotle Glazed Salmon, as well as the tasty Black Bean Soup and decadent Chocolate Empanada.
Mr. Conger's cooking skills have been featured on television in several major U.S. cities.
