No, Uncle Julio's gift cards do not expire.

Uncle Julio's gift cards purchased since 2006 do not incur monthly fees.

Can I order more than one card at a time?
Of course. Select the denomination and the quantity then click "Add to Cart". You will be shown your shopping cart for review, before proceeding to the checkout. You can update the quantity and denomination in your cart before proceeding. If you want to order multiple cards with different values, you will need to click "Shop More" in your shopping cart and add each denomination separately.

Will I get a confirmation when I order?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when you submit your order as well as when your order ships from our fulfillment location.

When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed the next business day (Holidays excluded) and shipped from Irving, Texas. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select. Uncle Julio's ships exclusively through FedEx and provides tracking information for your convenience.

What if I don't receive a card I ordered?
First, check your shipment status at Fedex.com with the tracking number included in your shipment notification email. If you have further questions, please call Uncle Julio's at

What is Uncle Julio's preferred shipping method?
Because regular USPS ground service provides NO guarantees, Uncle Julio's can not be held liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders placed using the USPS option. Furthermore, Orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section of the order. Uncle Julio's will not be responsible for lost gift cards as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the US Mail.

Due to the cash-like nature of gift cards, it is our recommendation that you choose a guaranteed method of shipping such as FedEx.

For ALL Gift Card Orders totaling $200.01 or more, and ALL Merchandise Orders, we REQUIRE a guaranteed shipping method.

Lost, or stolen gift cards can not be reissued.
