The Rio Grande (Uncle Julio's) in Arlington Virginia has been my daughter's favorite restaurant since she was a little girl, so she wanted to get Rio Grande catering for her graduation party. The food tasted just like in the restaurant, the setup was fast and easy (Express Deluxe). And it was great to have leftovers!
