Fajitas Grilled Fresh on Site

Fajitas
Mesquite grilled marinated beef, chicken or combination fajitas. Includes rice, frijoles a la charra, pico de gallo, guacamole, flour tortillas, chips, salsa, grilled onions, tomatoes and jalapeños.

Soft Tacos
Spicy ground beef, chicken, or combination tacos with rice, frijoles a la charra, chips, salsa and condiments.

Enchiladas - must have oven on site
Two cheese enchiladas and one pork tamale covered with chile con carne. The enchiladas are served with rice, frijoles a la charra, chips and salsa.

Try to resist Uncle Julio's jumbo shrimp brochette wrapped in bacon, stuffed with Monterrey Jack cheese
